At just 19 he purchased a plot of land in the Santana de Caldas region, where volcanic hot springs have created nutrient-rich soils. Edenilson and Ciomara only farm coffee, cultivating 2.5 of their 3.2 Ha of land and producing around 110 bags of coffee per year. Because of the farm’s altitude and cooler temperatures their harvest tends to start later in the season.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"\"\u003eEdenilson focuses on growing, whilst Ciomara looks after post-harvest processing.
