A delicious and sweet coffee from Brazil. With soft notes of fruit upfront breaking into caramel biscuits. Pairs lovely with all milks. Roasted predominantly for espresso, but makes a great filter brew.

Produced by Mauro Galheri on Fazenda Pântano, located in the microregion of Pantano, Cerrado region. The farm is very close to the city of Patos de Minas at an altitude of 1,150 meters and covers a total area of 600 hectares.
A member of the Expocaccer coop and part of the Treasures Collection producers, the Galheri family have always been enthusiastic about producing exquisite microlots and Mauro’s passion for coffee is really inspiring.
The carbon footprint from this coffee's journey has been offset twice.
This includes boiling your kettle to brew it.
