A bright, complex and boozy natural coffee from our favorite washing station in Timor-Leste. Very sweet with lots of flavours going on!

    Hibrido de Timor, Moka, Typica

    Tasting notes
Raspberry coulis - Sherry - Violet

Having found its sovereignty in 2002, Timor-Leste is one of the world’s youngest countries. As the country finds stability, the development of the agriculture sector is  becoming an important pillar for the
    structural transformation of the economy.

Built in 2018, the Raimutin wet mill serves as a central hub for processing the cherry of the producers across the Ermera municipality. This year we bought two lots, both of which are from the same group of smallholders in Parami Village.
This coffee has been processed naturally, with the beans left in the fruit to dry. Tasted side by side, with the washed version, you can find more complexity with sweet boozy overtones. This is solely down to the different processing methods.

The carbon footprint from this coffee's journey has been offset twice.
This includes boiling your kettle to brew it.

The packaging is biodegradable and recyclable.

    Delivery is free.

    One love.
