The coffees used in this blend are selected from two beautiful provinces in the highlands of Papua New Guinea. Combining the distinct flavour of the coffees from the limestone regions of the Simbu Province together with the coffees grown in the fertile volcanic soil of the Eastern Highlands, gives this blend its unique and nicely balanced taste profile. The smallholder farms producing these coffees have developed and perfected their technique to produce a clean and balanced product over generations, picking only the best ripe cherries most suitable for this quality. Each farmer then sundries the coffee until twelve percent moisture content is reached.

The carbon footprint from this coffee's journey has been offset twice.
This includes boiling your kettle to brew it.
