Gustavo Ribeiro, Lazaro's son has the same passion, with a specific focus on processing in an unending search for excellence. Gustavo explains that his connection to coffee is a combination of consequence and passion, borne from being in contact with the crop from a very young age.
Lazaro Ribeiro has produced coffees that have been enjoyed in the UK for over three years. This year he has put together this lot of a collection of pea berries from across his farm for us.
