Produced by renowned farmer Jairo Arcila, this coffee is harvested following a strict ripeness criteria, ensuring that only perfectly ripe cherries are selected. The cherries undergo a dry anaerobic 48 hour fermentation, during which dragon fruit is added and transfers its delicate, subtly sweet, and vibrant flavor to the coffee.
The carbon footprint from this coffee's journey has been offset twice.
This includes boiling your kettle to brew it.
