Crafted with precision and care, these Bourbon Sidra beans from Huila are carefully prepared to highlight their nuanced flavours and smooth texture. After harvesting, the cherries are pulped and washed to remove any remaining mucilage. The beans are then submerged in water for 16 hours, undergoing a gentle fermentation process that enhances their clarity and complexity. Following fermentation, the beans are sun-dried on raised beds for 10-14 days, allowing them to fully develop.
The carbon footprint from this coffee's journey has been offset twice.
