Seasonal Espresso - Chacara Natural, Brazil
A rich and indulgent, everyday drinking espresso roast. With classic chocolately flavours, honeycomb like sweetness and gentle stone fruit overtones, making an excellent espresso (and a super tasty filter). This great on its own or paired with all types of milk.

The estate ‘Chacara Jayme Leme’, named after its previous owner, was originally acquired by the agricultural businessman Jayme Leme
in 1920 through cattle farming. Leme, a pioneer in importing cattle from the Netherlands for milk production in Brazil, played a significant role in the agricultural history of the region.
In 1960, Decio Ribeiro took ownership of the estate and commenced the cultivation of the estate and commenced the cultivation of
coffee in its elevated terrain. In the lower fields, Decio continued in the dairy cattle farming operations.
Chácara Jayme Leme spans 120 hectares, ranging in altitude from 800 meters to 1,000 meters above sea level. Approximately 20% of
the total area is covered by a forest, housing centuries-old trees and providing a habitat for diverse wildlife, including jaguars and monkeys.
The carbon footprint from this coffee's journey has been offset twice.
