Rabanales Honey, Guatemala
Big chocolate notes for a classic Guatemalan with honey sweetness and a little berry twist. Thanks to white honey process, where some of the mucilage is left on the seeds during drying, there are lots of delicate notes to be found in this cup!

Founded by Don Gregorio Zamora in 1894, Finca Rabanales has been in the family for five generations. Of the five siblings Rafael and Maria Elena manage the farm on a daily basis. From the beginning, the commitment to producing high quality coffee has been passed on to each generation. The family’s vision is to share their coffee with the world, and gain recognition for their high cup quality.
The Fraijanes region is distinguished by high rainfall, lofty altitudes and shifting humidity. The Pacaya volcano nearby is active, and occasionally has minor eruptions, which nourishes the soil with minerals and ash.
