Owned by a fourth generation farmer, Jean Paul has passionately nurtured a plantation consisting of over two thousand trees perfecting the art of production for his region.
The Liza washing station produced only 15 lots this last harvest, and Lot 13 has been picked over several days when the cherries are at their ripest. After delivery the coffee is sorted by hand, pulped and stored in fermentation tanks for 12 hours. Following the development of these extraordinary fermentation flavours, the coffee is washed and moved to drying table undercover for additional hand sorting and then finally moved to raised tables to be dried under the sun.
The carbon footprint from this coffee's journey has been offset twice.
This includes boiling your kettle to brew it.
The packaging is biodegradable and recyclable.
Bike delivery or postage is included.
