Jaguar Honey comes from Tarrazu, known as Costa Rica’s coffee nursery.
In the honey process, the cherry skin is removed and only the mucilage is left on the parchment. Due to a shorter fermentation period, the coffee has an acidity halfway between natural and washed coffees and is a well-balanced and sweet cup.
Each Jaguar Honey bean contributes directly to the conservation of Jaguars in the region, through contributions to the Fundacion Pro Zoologicos (Fundazoo) - a conservation non-profit foundation that protects and promotes the natural biodiversity of Costa Rica.
The carbon footprint from this coffee's journey has been offset twice.
This includes boiling your kettle to brew it.
The packaging is biodegradable and recyclable.
Bike delivery or postage is included.
